For my food images I will be photographing Pizzas in the stye of the game Pac man, I will be using a plain margherita pizza and gathering ingredients such as peppers, tomatoes, pepperoni etc. I will then cut a slice out of the plain pizza so that it looks like pac man, I will then make it look like the pizza is eating the ingredients and at the end I will have a pizza which includes all the ingredients I have had the plain pizza chasing.
For my sport images I am going to be photographing a pair of dance shoes, I am going to photograph multiple types of dance shoes and then see which ones work the best. If i choose to photograph shoes with laces I will try to spell out the word 'dance' with the laces. However if this doesn't work then I will just try and create a heart out of the laces as that will be easier to do.
Finally for my technology images I am planning to photograph an iPod or iPhone with white headphones attached to it, i am going to photograph these on a brightly coloured background so that it links in with apples advertising without copying the idea. Originally i was going to photograph a silent disco by bringing a few friends/models into the studio with their white headphones and iPods and phones with a bright background behind them, however after thinking this idea through I decided to change it as it was working out to be quite hard to get everyone in the studio at the same time due to other commitments. By just photographing the iPods and phones it makes it slightly easier and it will also make it more apparent what I am advertising.
I am going to be using location lighting for this assignment so that I won't have to wait for the studio to be free for long enough to do all three of my photo shoots. I am going to be using our spare room and placing some wallpaper on a row of chairs to create an infinity curve and then using the location lighting to create the correct light that i want, I am not using any models so the only objects I need to get hold of are some dance shoes, pizza and ingredients because we have lots of apple products in the house already.
The possible dangers with my shoots will be tripping over wires and making sure that everything is securely fastened so nothing falls off or breaks.
I will need to research images that are similar to the ones i want to create, by doing this I will know how I want the light to look like and how I want to pose all my objects. By researching multiple images similar to my ideas I can see which ideas/objects will work the best and which won't work at all. These photos will be seen on posters as advertisements so the photos I take will need to appeal to a wide range of ages.
